Monras stays on top in France

Miki Monras repeated his earlier form to set the pace in the second Formula 2 practice session at Magny-Cours. Though the Spaniard could not quite match his 1m30.946s from opening practice, a 1m31.149s in practice two was enough to give him the top spot for the second time time today
